Our mission
With a bit of imagination anyone can dream amazing things; add a measure of talent and some might even put them on paper to create awesome designs and drawings. Others, sure thing, would go further to make 3D models and breathtaking computer simulations, but in the end all remain just that, a theory if there’s no one to translate them to the real world. That’s exactly what our company does: fulfil dreams. We make the architects and designers dreams come true, bringing their drawings and designs to life, to “give birth” to so many wonderful buildings.
It’s true we are not accountable for the whole project as a finish building as there are many other traders with their absolute essential and fabulous contributions, nevertheless, where would you put your awesome and fancy clothes if there is no body? So… we “create the body” and the others “put the life” in it.
Thus among many other tasks performed on site we are mainly responsible for raising the building’s structure by means of steel beams and columns, light weight framing panels to form the walls and partitions, concrete levels and envelope it with a weather boarding exterior shielding.

We’re dedicated to give the very best of construction site service, with a focus on delivering a quality workmanship using a safe working system within a challenging tight timescale no matter what the size of the project.
We might not to be in control of the whole site but as much as our the team is in charge of we aims at reducing environmental impacts caused by the construction process, reuse of resources at our disposal and waste minimization towards a cost-effective work.

Our team
As company we might not boast with a long presence in the construction industry market, but the management and core team came a long way of experience on construction sites and particularly in steel erecting and metal light weight framing. Therefore the company founded by Ionel M Atodiresei in June 2017 in only 3 years managed to complete 8 large projects around the UK, with the 9th one commenced in September 2020.
ATO Group Ltd is a British founded company with a Romanian management in charge of the workforce and tools, subcontracted by Metek Plc, a British firm that provides the work contracts, project management, materials and design. Although our team is mostly composed by Romanian operatives other nationalities are welcomed to join providing they share the same goals and interests as the rest of the team.

Drawings: are in standardised language and use symbols making understanding simple, containing all the info needed, leaving room to no personal interpretation.

In the context of a complex construction project involving a vast number of tasks and traders with different time frames and responsibilities, creating a chain of tasks intricately depending on completion of other tasks of which disruption can lead to costly repercussions, we are constantly aiming to a snagging free workmanship, running double checks on every task and stage during the execution of our work to eliminate any possible mistakes and errors that might slipped throughout the building process.
We invest in training and certification to ensure that our team is fully compliant with the latest regulations, to ensure all personnel is qualified to the most current standards within their fields complementing their long time working on site experience.
